Full information is available at www.iso.org ARMI-Marketing Business LLC ensures control and validation of interviewers and data quality is performed throughout the research project. The aim of validation is to confirm that data has been collected in accordance with the instructions agreed with the Client as well as with the provisions of the Standard. Depending on the data collection method applied, ARMI-Marketing Business LLC checks the logical integrity of respondents survey data, effects telephone re-contact with respondent to control the quality of the interview, or effects monitoring by means of listening through audio records, as well as uses other control procedures. ARMI-Marketing Business LLC takes all necessary measures to protect confidentiality of data that is gathered about respondents in the course of the research (whether it qualifies as personal data or not per the Russian legislation). Such data is not transferred to client and is used solely for quality control purposes. Research data contained in the Report ensures the sample represents the target population to the extent discussed and agreed on the design set-up stage of the research. ARMI-Marketing Business LLC ensures the results of the research project performed for the Client remain confidential, reserving the right to use such results solely for the quality control needs, for scientific research as well as for systematical and methodological purposes. In making the results of the research public, the Client shall make reference to ARMI-Marketing Business LLC as the research service provider. ARMI-Marketing Business LLC expects the Client to meet its ethical obligations with respect to publicizing the research results, including making sure there is no distortion of research results. Details of the procedure shall be fixed in the respective Agreement with the Client. ARMI-Marketing Business LLC follows Client's instructions and internal policies in handling documents, materials and samples it receives. Unless agreed otherwise in the Agreement, questionnaires, guides and other documents produced in hard copy will be stored for 12 months and subsequently will be safely and confidentially destroyed. Data files, research results and analytical reports in electronic format will be stored for 24 months after the research project is completed and then will be archived and will become inaccessible for the Client. During this storage period questionnaires and other relevant documentation may be provided to the Client upon request to allow reproducing the project. ARMI-Marketing Business LLC pays special attention to projects where respondents are younger than 14 y.o. or otherwise vulnerable. In such cases ARMI-Marketing Business LLC ensures parents/guardians/attendants and respondents themselves understand their involvement and agree to participate in research as well as provide true and proper answers based on appropriate information. ARMI-Marketing Business LLC provides tailored questionnaire / guide for such studies and recruits specifically trained interviewers.
